I wrote a review 04/24/21 and got a reply that Parcel Monkey is looking into.
After constant chase up, i got a message that my parcel has in fact been lost!
As i subscribed for an insurance for an amount of USD 350, i have demanded for a prompt payment under the insurance subscription, only to be told that in view that i declared the parcel as a gift, i am not eligible for insurance!
My question is why did Parcel Monkey allowed me at the very inception to subscribe to an insurance (for which i paid extra) knowing that parcel was a gift? Nowhere on their website did they inform me that gifts were not covered!
This is smelling as a scam at best and customer rights are not being respected. Although i do not reside in the USA, i will try to alert the authorities of this!
I WOULD URGE CUSTOMERS TO STAY AWAY FROM PARCEL MONKEY!
DO NOT send packages through Monkey Parcel. I sent mine in December 2020 and 4 months later they told me that my package is lost. When I requested updates they kept saying the package was in the UK due to the withdrawal of the United Kingdom. Later they told me they would move it to Netherlands to avoid the Brexit. And 4 months later they admitted they lost it.

Used the EU Parcel Dropoff through Parcel Monkey. First the good news: the package arrived! Now the not so good news, it took 21 days to go from Washington State to Norwich, UK. The tracking showed that within 7 days my parcel was in London, UK, then 2 days later it was back in NY, USA! Then it sat around and finally ended up at London Heathrow, and then customs, and finally to the recipient. If you aren't in a hurry, it seems to work, but a little frustrating seeing it come back to the USA!
I wasn't sure what to expect with this service, but was pleasantly surprised. It was easy, everything was legit, and my box got to it's destination before the time expected. I paid so much less than if I went to a shipping place to do the transaction. I am very pleased with this and will be using it again & again!

I send my package with Parcel Monkey using UPS service. My package was lost. They resolved case after 4 months and gave me 100$ with a message- "Sorry for inconvenience". Worst people and service. Don't use their service. I had 1000$ worth items in the box.
They will just reply-- Sorry for inconvenience
Smooth process. Much less expensive than booking a shipping directly with the carrier.
Shipping with Parcel Monkey was much easier than I thought it would be and there was no Hidden Catch. Everything was straight forward and easy to do and the prices were less than half what everyone else was charging.
The packages even arrived much faster than the big name delivery companies.
I'll be using Parcel Monkey again for sure.

Sent my packages with 10-14 days delivery service but arrived after month and half! Package was for my client who expected wedding dress but they arrived too late!!!
